Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
